last year i went on a clen/cyto cycle that lasted 4 weeks. how often can you do this and what are the correct dosages? i currently gained 12 pounds and i'm freaking out b/c i'm very uncomfortable. i am 5'8" and 158 pounds. i am very muscular for a girl. any suggestions would be helpful, including exercise regiment. thanks! :unsure:
I'd suggest you get your diet/exercise solidified and not focus on your drug supplementation so much. My guess is that's why you are here, hopefully, as w/out a sound diet nothing else is going to be relative. 12 lbs. is very easy to take off, and you don't need drugs to accomlish that goal at all. Read the cutting sticky above for a great outline.

for your advice. but, what is a "cutting sticky"? sorry, not familiar with the lingo... I would like to read more about this.
