    Unhappy i need a diet

    give me advise for a diet i'm 250 5'11 about20%bdf want to be 210 solid. do cardio 4 days week 20 min workout 5days week. going to take fina/t400/winny/clen then clomid after 21 days last shot. please hook me up with a diet
