TrIBOL
38g pro/19g fat is a decent pro/fat meal while bulking.
great site for nutrition info is www.nutritiondata.com just do a search in the upper right hand corner for the food you're looking for.
Pigs don't sweat. I don't eat pork for that reason.

Why that is I've no idea, but I prefer steak over pork anyhow, so it's all good.

They have a better toxin release system. Chickens are avian, and tuna are well..fish.Quote:

of course that's true, but the point still remains that they don't sweat just as pigs don't either. course, there's other things in this world that don't sweat that i won't eat either :eek:Quote:

Lucas
i get pork tenderloin from Sams'. good pro/fat meal.
http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s01ns.html
Wow ...looks like pretty good meal. How many grams of it do u eat..in one meal ?
the label on my tenderloin says 4oz has 24gPro, 0gCarb, 3gFat (only 1g saturated) so i'll eat 8 oz to get 48g pro, 6g fat and usually add 9g of flax to it, but the flax depends on how much fat i've already eaten for the day. or add some natty PB instead of the flax.
Just be sure to remember that 8 oz is measured raw.
.I guess we shouldnt drink water because fish screw in it.......... :D
don't forget they piss and sh*t in it too  :lol:Quote:
