    Pork

I was wondering what are nutrition facts for pork. The one I ate today was... like a piece of meat with no bones...coocked... Little bigger than a chicken breat piece. Anyone ?

your welcome bro, that was the nutritional info for a fatty piece. if you go to fitday.com you can get info for a lean cut or any other food you want to look into. you can also track your cals/food eaten for the day/week/months. its a great site!

Well, I tend to get sick from pork, but never from anything else.

Why that is I've no idea, but I prefer steak over pork anyhow, so it's all good.

They have a better toxin release system. Chickens are avian, and tuna are well..fish.

of course that's true, but the point still remains that they don't sweat just as pigs don't either. course, there's other things in this world that don't sweat that i won't eat either

the label on my tenderloin says 4oz has 24gPro, 0gCarb, 3gFat (only 1g saturated) so i'll eat 8 oz to get 48g pro, 6g fat and usually add 9g of flax to it, but the flax depends on how much fat i've already eaten for the day. or add some natty PB instead of the flax.

Just be sure to remember that 8 oz is measured raw.
