should you only take oats in the morning if your doing cardio or everyday?
If you are trying to bulk then eat everyday.
You should not be eating oats as your first meal if you do cardio first thing in the morning. 2nd meal is okay.
im cutting ,it says in the cutting sticky meal 1 lean protein and half cup of oatmeal,thats why im asking do you take that ed,ps i do my cardio at 6.00pm 3 days a week not in the morning.
i've eaten oats for breakfast during my entire cutting phase and it has not had a detrimental effect on my fat loss...and i also managed to put on a few lbs of lean mass as well. plus they are just **** tasty:)
If it works for you, then keep the oats there. If fat loss stalls, you may want to try a pro/fat meal.
