    Bulking Diet

    Age 20
    Current weight 80kg
    Goal 100kg
    bf not sure

    Meal 1 4 Egg whites,2 yolks Omolette,bowl Oatmeal

    Meal 2 1 scoop Protein Powder,tble spoon Flaxseed oil

    Meal 3 1 Can Tuna,75 grams Brown Rice,Salad

    Meal 4 1 scoop Protein Powder,tble spoon Flaxseed oil

    Meal 5 1 Lean Steak,Vegies,2 Potatoes

    Pre Workout 1 Scoop Protein Powder,Packet Oats,1 Banana

    Post Workout 1 Scoop Protein 100mg Dextrose

    Meal 6 1 Grilled Chicken Breast,75 Grams Brown Rice

    Meal 7 1 Can Tuna,tble spoon Flaxseed Oil

    meal 1 you are mixing pro/carb/fat all in the same meal.i would drop the egg yolks and add more whites.meal 5 is the same drop the potatoes and just make it pro/fat.also i would drop some of the drinks and replace with food.

    it aint slow digesting like cottage and its gonna be harder to digest(tuna) so it could disturb sleep unless its 3 hrs b4 bedtime
