    12 Power Foods And Their Benifits !

    I just recently finished reading The Abs Diet by Men's Health. Here are some notes I took and thought would be helpful....

    ALMONDS AND OTHER NUTS
    builds muslce - fight cravings
    elements : protien , monousaturated fats , vitiamin e , fiber , folate (peanuts) , phosphorus
    similar : pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds , avacados
    imposters: slated or roasted nuts

    BEANS AND LEGUMES

    all of them i mean they are imp and they do have n effect but its not like eat almonds go to olympia!! i mean they way its written and men's health is a bunch o bull when it comes to fitness and nutrition

    Men's health is a sh*t mag anyways...any dumb dumb knows that the above foods are better than white processed high sugary food...i cant believe the ignorance of people that causes articles like this to be written as if it is some new and great discovery (end rant and i mean people in general with no offense to anyone reading)

    I totally agree wut were they called power foods?hehe and he finished the abs diet god u ppl came up with a 30mins a week to a perfect body then 3mins ab work out wuts next? big guns in 30 secs?

    the bashing of soy protein in the article is stupid though and of whole milk aswell.
