    Depends.

First off we have to decipher/designate "why" one thinks it's bad.

Secondly, it would depend on what you eat the rest of the day as well.

    Very key.

Myself, I've eaten 4 whole eggs per day for quite some time during my BB'ing career, with impeccable physicals conducted w/my physician.

U must know what you are doing, but other than that, there are no rigid stipulations, no.

I figured so yes, and it's an issue that is far over-blown, hence my point of no probs w/my egg consumption.

1/2 of your cholesterol is produced by your body genetically, so dependent on your genetic disposition in this area, that will dicate what you are able to get away with in regards to exogenous cholesterol consumption.

The time/pattern in which you ingest this substance as well (not with an insulin surge of any kind) also plays a role in what effects this food has.

Basically I shouldn't be eating 6 whole eggs if I am eating red meat 4 other meals a day? For cholesterol and fat?

Yeah, that's the idea bro. If you are eating more saturated fats (red meat) then you want to make sure you balance that and your egg consumption with healthy fats as well such as flax oil, omegas 3,6,9, almonds, olive oils, etc.

Limiting insulin surges w/fats (especially SATURATED FATS) is a key in controlling dietary cholesterol issues. Insulin plays a bigger role in heart disease than cholesterol actually does.

I think it would be ok. Basically what Swolecat said is If you are going to eat that much red meat then, "balance that and your egg consumption with healthy fats as well such as flax oil, omegas 3,6,9, almonds, olive oils, etc."

    Less saturated fats the better.
