On cycle diet for bulk
I am planning my 1st cycle and double checking everything:
Stats:
5'9
170
21yrs old
Train 5-6 days a week
The cycle looks like this:
weeks:
1-4 Dbol@30mg/ED
1-12 Test E@250mg/Every Monday and Thursday
1-12 Nolva@20mg/ED
12-14 Clomid after cycle@25mg/ED
The diet I was going to follow is 4000 calories consisting of:
A.44g of fat/day = 400cals
B.285g of protein/day = 1140cals
C.615g of carbs/day =2460cals

How long have you trained naturally?
21 is still very young to utilize AAS unless you have maxed out every ounce of natural potential. You may have also used AAS before, I've no idea.
BTW, you should lay out all your meals, what they consist of, etc. Your carbs are insanely high IMHO, that's crazy.

A quik draft of a day:
-Breakfast:
6 eggs (3 egg whites 3 whole)
3 slices low caloric bread
-Shake (cal-638,P-32g,C-12g,F-18g)
-Lunch:
Turkey(4oz)
Metrx Big 100
-Shake (cal-638,P-40g,C-23g,F-3g)
-dinner:
Steak (9oz)
Vegatable
-Shake (cal-638,P-40g,C-23g,F-3g)
I added all this up real quik and my original post was a little off on the carbs....that day I would be looking at around 260g of carbs and 262g of protein. Sorry about the error...
