Are you talking supplemental on it's own? I've heard conflicting stories on whether or not it works...but if you notice it's included in almost every fat-burner out there.

What are you looking for from it?

Dunno, curious. I've heard higher doseages on its own have a more pronounced effect.

I've heard that as well, but i think it was mostly hype...if someone has other experiences step up, by all means...

but most i've seen is that you won't see a noticeable change.
