    Calorie intake

    Alright guys, just a quick question .. im 6ft 6 and 210 lbs not too sure on my BF but id say around 18% but i am cutting at the mo. Just wanted a rough guidline to how many cals i should be eating a day whilst cutting. Cheers!

    cheers mate, found the spreadsheet buried in the bulking thread . says i should be having 3200 ish to cut.
