pre workout meal
my last meal b4 working out usually consists of 50 grams of carbs and bout 44 grams of protein keeping fat to a minimum.. how long should i wait after eating this meal b4 i go and work out? .. after training ill be having a post workout dextrose/protein shake and after that is one more carb meal..

I wait an hour and a half usually.

i usually go with 2 hours so my shake or meal lines up exactly 2.5 - 3 hours later.....plus i like ECA on an empty stomach for that lovely jittery feeling.
