Critique my diet
about to do a cycle of Test Prop and Tren . My goal is to gain muscle but more so cut a lot of fat so I look really ripped with my shirt off. Here is my diet.
Weight Gainer shake
two chicken breasts
Snack before gym
last meal before bed
strawberries and cottage cheese
can someone criqutie it or add in or delete stuff so I can get some muscle as well as cut. Thanks.

Hey bro....... your diet needs a lot of work. I would definitely check out the cutting sticky and learn the basics of why and how it works, to better your understanding of how to lose fat.

Definitely read that sticky, needs LOTS of work.
Weight gainers are a horrid idea if you are trying to lose fat!
