    oatmeal

    when eating oatmeal do u measure it dry before addin water or measure how much ur gonna eat after u add water to it and its expanded? for example i need 60 grams of carbs and with the oatmeal im using thats one full cup but after adding water it comes out to be a lot more.. do i still eat the whole thing.. some fukers say no u dont thas why im asking lol

    You measure it out dry.

    Same with other things... you weigh out your meat before you cook it... and other things..

    Well you can measure it out cooked, also--I have. CalorieKing provides you with all the nutritional info for oatmeal (dry and/or cooked). Please correct me if I'm wrong, guys.
