    Corn on the cob??

    Just bought a whole bag of this **** for some odd reason. Is this bad if I eat it around 10 when I get back from the gym?

    what about floating around in my doodie is that a purpose? I think what I want to know is will it hard my diet if i'm trying to get cut?

    Corn/carrots/peas are all veggies I avoid while dieting.

    thanks swole thats the answer i was looking for. What are veggies to eat? I tend to eat my meal right after workout shake to be protein source along with broccoli and spinach, what would you reccomend?

    I'd have to say I'd read the bulking sticky atop the page as a great guide to an approach you may wish to take, as your pwo offerings now are coming up short, and your overall daily layout needs attention.
