SeaSalt
For the last three days I've been putting seasalt on all my food. My diet for the most part has been really low in salt expect for these last three days. I have also increased my water intake. The last three days I've noticed that I look noticeably leaner esp in abs and my weight has stayed the same. This doesn't make sense to me. Is it possible to get leaner from using seasalt and drinking more water?

Sea salt has less sodium than regular salt, so I guess it's possible, yeah. You'd probably be able to tell better than anyone if you are holding water or not.

Well, sea salt doesn't make you hold less water compared to no salt....
Placebo effect?
