Find a Boston Market, Costco, Ceasar chicken salad from literally anywhere, etc.

Pop eyes chicken isnt too bad in protein. There is an all you can eat popeyes for 4.99 where I live. ALl you can eat breasts. Wal-mart sells a fully cooked chicken for 3.98 thats delicious and really healthy.

Without the skin and breading, I don't see what the problem would be with this...however, I also don't see the point in going to KFC to get chicken and take off the skin and the breading. If you want a cheat meal, go to KFC..if you want skinless chicken breast, go elsewhere or make it at home.
