    They both have a purpose, so they are both "good". What is your goal of the books, meaning, what information are you wishing to get out of the periodicals?

    Instruction for the keto diet. Is there anything valuable to learn in the McDonald book that isn't in the Opus book?

    Mmmmmmm, I think Duchaine's is better IMO.

    I haven't seen the entire works of LM.
