Makes me so **** hungry, which is good until late night comes around. Then my sweet tooth kicks in. So unfair! I really need to put it down but I stay so high strung without it...I just have to fight through the urges! Plus, its much better than alcohol right? Or so I've heard.

Yes...I also wanna say one of the biggest problems I've had for the longest time was women. Sounds stupid but they have no idea why I had to constantly keep eating,and never understood anything.

Work throws me out. The choices in the canteen are crap especially on nights. Chicken curry pies, steak and kidney. chips, wedges. Plus I lose a meal when I work nights cos of how I sleep during the day. My meals are usually larger during the day awell. Sleep deprivation really screws my appetite.

my biggest hangup is the weekends. no work, no school. just laying in bed watching sports with a cold one + night clubs/lounges.

Mine is going up to see my girlfriend at college. It is so hard to keep my diet cause i cant cook my food up there, and we usually have to go out to eat. Nothing but carbs and deep-fried foods. But other than that, life is good
