    Check this diet

    Cardio 7 am

    Meal 1
    6-8 egg whites
    oatmeal with equal

    Meal 2
    Turkey Sandwich or Ham
    Protein Shake

    Meal 3
    8-10 oz of Meat
    1 cup brown rice

    Meal 4
    8-10 oz meat
    1 medium size sweet potatoe

    Meal 5
    8- 10 oz meat
    cup of veggies

    I am trying to cut fat and also gain mass but mostly the Fat.

    I am 6 foot tall 250 pounds 21 years old also thinking of using Clenbuterol

    7 am cardio (40min) treadmill

    Meal 1 (30-45 min after cardio)
    6-8 egg whites
    A cup of oatmeal with equal

    Meal 2 (9:30 am)
    Turkey Sandwich or ham wheat bread
    Protein Shake

    Meal 3 (11:30)
    8-10 oz Chicken Breast with 1 cup rice

    Meal 4 (2:00 pm)
    8-10 oz Chicken Breast
    1 medium size Sweet Potatoe or corn
    Protein Shake

    3:30 workout
    Protein Shake 30 min after workout.

    Meal 5 ( 5:30 pm)
    Tuna or chicken breast
    1 cup veggies

    Meal 6 (8:00 pm)
    Protein Shake
    and 1 fruit.

    Now i am trying to cut fat. I am 250 pounds and want to loose 30 pounds. Also i may use clenbuterol , and my age is 21. Please make changes if needed and another input u guys may have.

    Thanks swole, but what should i add or take out from my diet because i am having some trouble so could u give a couple of examples using the diet i have up there now. It would really help me to take the examples and add to my diet and then repost for u guys to review it.

    Hey swole i now u said not to use clen yet but what about winny and i know this is not the right place to post it but i know u will check this alos any thing else on the diet

    hey man,
    You have very little to no fat in your approach. You need this stuff to lose the "fat" man. Substitute some of the carbs for fat instead.
    here are my suggestions in BOLD. Assuming you want to cut as the first priority.

    *AGAIN THIS SHOULD BE A PRO/FAT MEAL AGAIN BUT SINCE ONE OF YOUR GOALS IS TO GAIN LEAN MASS, I GUESS YOU COULD ADD ANOTHER CARB MEAL IN YOU DIET. SO THIS COULD STAY DEPENDING ON YOU. ADD VEGGIES TO THIS MEAL THOUGH.

    Meal 4 (2:00 pm)
    8-10 oz Chicken Breast
    1 medium size Sweet Potatoe or corn
    Protein Shake
    *PRO/FAT OR PRO/CARB DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU DID IN MEAL #3. YOU CAN ALSO DITCH THIS MEAL IF YOU WANT CAUSE YOU DIDN'T COUNT YOUR SHAKE AFTER YOUR WORKOUT AS A MEAL (WHICH IT IS). I CAN GET BY ON A CUTTING DIET WITH 6 MEALS PER DAY. YOU MAY WANT 6 OR 7, AGAIN UP TO YOU.

    3:30 workout
    Protein Shake 30 min after workout.
    * MAKE SURE YOU ADD A FAST ACTING CARB WITH YOUR SHAKE. IE DEXTROSE!!! RATIO OF 2:1 WITH YOUR PROTEIN (ie 80G DEX:40G Protein) VERY IMPORTANT MEAL!

    Meal 5 ( 5:30 pm)
    Tuna or chicken breast
    1 cup veggies
    * ALSO ANOTHER IMPORTANT MEAL!!!! HAVE THIS WITHIN 1-2 HRS AFTER YOUR SHAKE. YOUR MUSCLES WILL STILL BE IN "HUNGER MODE!" LEAN SOURCE OF PROTEIN HERE WITH CARBS AGAIN (IE rice). AGAIN MORE CARBS THAN PROTEIN roughly 2 to1 RATIO AGAIN.

    Meal 6 (8:00 pm)
    Protein Shake
    and 1 fruit.
    * DITCH THE FRUIT. ADD SOME FAT IN THIS MEAL TO HELP YOU KEEP FROM CATABOLISM DURING THE NIGHT.

    swole when you say "this portion of your attack," do you mean just the dieting? or actual losing first?

    cause i was interested in clen , but i wasn't gonna use it until i actually did start healthier eating habits..

    Madjsp I think he was talking about the diet part because i posted a diet and he looked at it and told me to make changes and not to start clen until i get straight with the diet.
