    how long b4 protein goes bad

    how long can you have protein powder mixed in water before it turns to waste?

    id say a year or longer.. if it tastes fine then its ok


    edit: i didnt read your whole question i thought you were asking about shelf-life.

    protein breaks down in water pretty quickly.. id just carry the protein in a bottle and find a water fountain an mix it up when you want to drink it

    I seen this asked around many times. Answer is if you worry about it going bad just mix it up right before you drink it. All it takes is a ziplock bag and a shaker.
