    Chocolate for diabetics

    What is the difference between chocolate for diabetics and plain chocolate? Juat no suar? It would still be a really bad choice in your diet or would it be ok to have some?

    I believe the diabetic chocolate is made with sacharin (sp?) like in equal, etc, etc.....

    I don't see a big problem with having some but IMO it doesn't taste very good.

    Candy like that usually contains sugar alcohols.
