    best tasting protein shake

    i really like the muscle milk by cytosport. banana flavor being my favorite.
    serving size, 75g, calories 348, protein 32g, carbs 12g fat 18g
    but is it a descent product?

    I have two of choice, either the Orage Isolate from www.allthewhey.com, or Muscle Milk (cookies and cream) as you can see one is for cutting and one for bulking

    Why is Muscle MIlk not ok if cutting, Swole? I thought the fats in it were 'good' fats? I happen to use it at bedtime with a tbsp of flax.

    wow. so with that tbsp of flax thats around 30g of fat total

    yea, thats great for cutting, especially with those carbs in there too....
    if i wanted to see those nutritional facts i'd rather eat a double bacon cheeseburger

    I like Optimum whey from our lovely sponsers. It is double the price in the stores so I just get it offline. I am thinking of trying that AllTheWhey Orange cause I have heard of it for a while now on a few boards and heard that it is really really cheap.

    Is that AllTheWhey isolate?
