Does anyone else feel physically sick after a cheat meal?

I just had my first cheat meal in a little over 3 weeks of strict dieting and man, a plate of sweet potato pie, a slice of apple pie, a slice of cake, 4 cookies and a serving of lasagna and I feel like Im literally about to die....I used to be able o cheat much much dirtier than this without feeling like ****....both physcally and mentally....My stomache is full, my head hurts, I feel lazy.....I love this feeling...hehe I guess my body is used to the good stuff now, hell everything I ate dident even taste as good to me as it once did...in fact none of it even touched my morning oatmeal...oh well, just a rant, thanks for hearing me out.

I only get ill if my 'cheat meal' constitutes a whole day of non-stop eating... and then again... the feeling is an actual sick feeling... moreso a "i can't walk...too..much..food" feeling.

Good to hear you're in the dieting mindset tho

    sh*t, ain't that the truth!

personally...after certain cheat meals (like fast food) i feel sick. once that feeling passes...i feel like i've been shot with a tranquilizer gun.

so my cheat meals are much less than they used to be...i just can't take it anymore

I have gone extended periods a few times without a cheat meal and I always feel a bit ill when I finally do my cheat. I usually do fine with one regular weekly cheat, but for some reason a cheat after a long clean run does seem to additional 'distress'.
