I have been feeling really tired for the past couple days and i dont know what it is from. I have been doing my training and eating good but dont know what it is can u guys help.

Well, one of the more knowledgeable bros might be able to help you out but they will need more info to go on, i.e. your stats, your training routine & diet for the last week etc.

Perhaps you are getting sick with the flu?

I just got back from the doctors they told me i got the Flu. Now they said i can still train if i am up to it but do u guys think that the flu might cut back on my weight lose or in anyway.
