What the bulking sticky doesnt cover...
Times...I would really like someone with some knowledge to give me some times
Im going to be bulking, and plan to follow the bulking sticky (at least at first).
I do cardio at 5:30 every morning, and lift at 12:30 every day...so if anyone can help me out with the times for all those meals, id be forever grateful

cardio at 5.30 for 45 mins and then have your 1st meal(wait 45 mins if it is pro/carb) and then eat every 2.5-3 hours.
PWO meal straight after trainning.PPWO 1 to 2 hours after PWO.
