    Is this a good idea?

    Is it ok to take flax powder and hemp oil at the last meal of the day? Would this make me fat? How about for a cutting cycle? Are these fats going to screw me over in trying to shed the fat?

    This would depend on what the rest of your dietary outline consisted of.

    My diet all day is very clean. Brown rice, sweet potato, stone ground wheat bread, low sodium tuna and low sodium chicken cans. And plain grilled chicken breast. Protein shake pre and post WO. And at night time, last meal....its 50grams of cassein with flax and hemp. Total of 18grams of EFA fats.
