    How many Carbs

    How many carbs should i be taking in everyday. I weigh 250 pounds, 21 years old doing cardio and trying to lose fat.

    Use the HB forumla in the cutting sticky above to figure out your kcals, and then utilize the rest of the info. to lay out your approach.

    U could have even typed in "Harris Benedict Equation" into Google, and got tons of info.

    Cutting Cals (Fat) 1211 cals
    Cutting Cals (Pro) 1731 cals
    Cutting Cals ( Carbs) 519 cals

    Cutting grams (Fat) 135 grams
    Cutting grams (Pro) 433 grams
    Cutting grams ( carbs) 130 grams

    Stats. 21 years old, weight 250 pounds, 6 feet tall
    Does this sound right to u swole.

    I think it looks fairly close to right. Take those 130g carb in the form of PWO/PPWO meals and all should be well. Dont combine your carbs and fats into one meal and all should be well as long as you are making sound food choices and hitting the cardio (55-70% Max HR for 45-60 mins).
