    hunger between meals?

    somtimes i get hungry between meals. i eat till i am stuffed, yet i am hungry an hour later somtimes. i am ALWAYS adaquately hydrated, so it is not my body mistaking hunger for thirst.

    anyways, is it better is go starving until your next meal or have a snack and give your muscles somthing to eat up. keeping in mind i am in a fat burning phase.

    As it stands, you should be eating every 2-3 hours as is. So keeping your body on a schedule like that is good. Put together your diet, plan it out...by the hour if necessary (this is what i do) and stick to it. You should be eating frequently enough that you're not starving yourself...but still "cutting"

    i am not really "cutting" but just trying to get to a more comfortbable bodyfat after balls out bulking. if i do get in that situation, should i eat a handful of nuts or somthing or just fight it. i just dont know.

    would i be loosing muscle when i am in a state of starving or is it just my body shedding fat while the muscles dont need any more protein since protein was consumed not too long ago

    If you're eating every 2-3 hours, and properly, I don't think your body would enter a catabolic state....

    I know you say you're adequately hydrated, but drinking some water/crystal lite etc.. in this time shouldn't hurt.... maybe something small like some celery w/ a bit of natty PB?

    Just pound the fluids until you feel full........Water, Crystal Light, Diet Soda etc. Other than that, if you really want to be harecore you can eat celery lol.....I think Beerznuts used to do that.

    try to have a serving of sugar free jello too..that always helps to fill up...or just have a cup or two of romaine lettuce. not much for calories there either.

    If you've eaten what you need to grow, then wait until your next meal.

    It's hard to be diligent, but that's what it takes for success.
