    My go at a cutting Diet......Phase1

    Well I want to cut some weight. I havent seen my ABs in like 5 years and I think its about time they come out and play agian. I currently weigh about 215 and would like to cut to 190 or so. I am 5'8". I used the Harris- Benedict formula to figure out my calorie intake. This is what I got:

    2626 Kcal's a day
    328g Protein yeilding 1313 Kcals
    102g Fat yeilding 919 Kcals
    98g Carbs yeilding 394 Kcals

    The ratio is 50/35/15

    Does that sound about right?

    I am working on my diet now and will post it along with my cardio routine.

    the macro breakdown looks pretty solid, now just throw down your lay out and we can have a look see at it

    Cool I was worried my fat was too high. I am still working on my actual meals. Ill post as soon as I am done.
