I was just searching for some easy pro/fat meal and I found this.
Baked Cod from Long John Silvers fast food.
Nutrition facts :
Total fat : 4.5g
Sat Fat : 1g
Carbohydrates: 0g
Protein : 21g
So eating three pieces would give me about 60g pro/0carb/and 14g fat.
Since its a fish..I think that would be a good protein ?
What do u guys think ?
