Can someone throw me a link to....
Some studies which promote the 1:2 ratio of protein to dex in a pwo shake? I have been hearing some talk lately that the particular ratio is very flexible. Just curious, I tried looking on the board but found no thread like it, if i'm wrong then please correct me.
I personally have no problem with the ratio, I just want to get to the bottom of this so I can tell the guys at the gym why, instead of just saying I heard it from guys I trust. Know what i mean?

Actually, I've read the 1 protein:1 dextrose: 1 malto is the best.

that still comes out to 1:2 protein:sugar. I have heard that also, however, but some guys here told me dex was just as good. It would be interesting to see though. Thanks for the reply bro

On this board, most people are for the 2:1 all dexro ratio. Usually, dex is half the price of Maltodextrin and is one less container one has to deal with...
