    Kong Bars

I lust looked at an article for kong protein bars and they look good. Says 30g of protein but does anyone know any more about them??? How do they taste? Are they a good meal replacement? Nutritional value?

I tend to shy away from bars, as most are beef collagen, have inaccurate labels, and don't get close to meeting my protein/carb/fat requirements for any given meal, thus leaving them a pretty incomplete source/tool of adequate nutrition needed for growth/maintenance.

As well, anything named KONG I'd probably shy away from.

You read an article that was most likely printed by the company that is pushing the product...similar to the muscle tech special 4 page ad-report. As Swole Cat said, Protein Bars for the most part suck. Bad protein, high calories, bad fats, crappy carbs....taste great, but then again so does a Snickers bar.

Actually Donkey Kong is great, it's just that now I can't think of another "KONG" to continue the trend,
