what you guys think!
my diet for 6 weeks for trail and if it works for another 6 weeks: useing lipoderm so that is why it is low calorie.
cycle week 1-20 teste/cytomel /eca/cla/clen and eca and arimedex off and on
1: cerial and 2%milk
2:medium salad (in the sald mixed with rice and beans with lots of vegitables)
3:banana
workout(one bodypart perday)/cardio40mins*6weeks
4:2protein shake+ milk +banana
5:cambell soup or two chinese soup or slim fast alternating just to keep variety

well, ill let someone with a little more experience offer alternatives (such as the cutting sticky up top), but that needs some serious serious help

That diet ins't very good. The cutting diet up top should help. Also, the test e probably isn't the best choice for cutting...

hey I am here to learn help as much as you can. I know I should have more calorie but I am using lipoderm and I am sure they say to use low calorie to help. hey please help me to get it better.I know test e is not the best choice but test is test so it easeir to shoot and also cheaper and I am using liquadex so that should help.

the diet for sure. this is a 4months of dieting with ketogenic the last month.

Well, the diet is pretty low in protien and I think you'll be better off with a few more fat/protien mix of calories.

what you think about adding 2more shakes and make it 6 egg whites. or take the soups out with chicken breast. I am kind of low in budget!

Can you get test prop? Water retention while cutting probably is not desirable...

Test E will be fine, might want to jumpstart with prop for 5 weeks, and run an anti-e. Anyway, the diet is basically wrong in every possible way. You need to read the stickies in this forum, try again, and let us get back to you.
