Milk
I usually drink 2 litres of milk a day is this too much.

No comment ........... but actually that would depend on what you look like, what you want to look like, what diet you are on, if you are even on a diet, etc.
The reality is that this is an enormous/open ended vague question that can be answered 1000 different ways.

Ahh, I see. Don't know about too much calcium, and I don't know the safe limits of calcium.
