    Experienced cutters

    Hey guys. I'm about to begin a cutting diet (without any aas), and my goal is 7-8% bodyfat. Currently I am at 6' 3" 245 pounds and about 13% bodyfat. I have experience cutting with success, but I have never went to as low on bf% as I am going to this time. My question is, about what do you think my weight will be once I reach my goal.

    you'll know when you get there, i seroiusly doubt there is a way to find that out.

    there are many factors that come into play....

    well 13% of you right now is fat so you have 31lbs of fat. if you go down to 7 you will have lost 6% which is about 15lbs. . .so 230ish, providinf you dont lose ne muscle.
