    % bf

    I was just wondering... what is the % body fat range when u can see ur ... ABs... four pack...six pack... roguhly.... Anyone ? Cuz Im at %15 and I dont see sh*t hahaha.. Only six pack I have is that one sitting in my fridge Other than that...one pack ... that sux

    u can start to see it pretty good at about 9 percent
