Here are the stats: 5'8" 220 22yrs old. 14%bf and trying to keep it down.
I just want to know what to add or throw out of the schedule. Cardio is done Mon-Fri. This is a typical day.
7:30-cardio
9:00-protein shake, fat free waffles or shredded wheat/no frosting
12:00-Two deer burger patties,3 slices wheat bread, 1 med sweet potatoe
3:30-2 cans tuna, PB and sugar free jelly on wheat bread
6:30-7:45 Workout
PWO- shake
9:30-Chicken breast, Steamed Broccli, carrots, squash
Supplements:
GNC mega men vitamin
Glutamine
Is the deer meat ok?
