Check this diet please
Here are the stats: 5'8" 220 22yrs old. 14%bf and trying to keep it down.
I just want to know what to add or throw out of the schedule. Cardio is done Mon-Fri. This is a typical day.
7:30-cardio
9:00-protein shake, fat free waffles or shredded wheat/no frosting
12:00-Two deer burger patties,3 slices wheat bread, 1 med sweet potatoe
3:30-2 cans tuna, PB and sugar free jelly on wheat bread
6:30-7:45 Workout
PWO- shake
9:30-Chicken breast, Steamed Broccli, carrots, squash
Supplements:
GNC mega men vitamin
Glutamine
Is the deer meat ok?

9:00-protein shake, fat free waffles or shredded wheat/no frosting DROP THE PROCESSED FOOD AND REPLACE WITH OATS OR A PRO/FAT MEAL HERE.
12:00-Two deer burger patties,3 slices wheat bread, 1 med sweet potatoe I WOULD DEFINATELY HAVE A PRO/FAT MEAL HERE MAKE SURE THE BURGERS ARE LEAN OR CHOOSE CHICKEN INSTEAD!
3:30-2 cans tuna, PB and sugar free jelly on wheat bread DONT COMBINE CARBS AND FAT IN THE SAME MEAL. PICK ONE OR THE OTHER. ID GO PRO/FAT
6:30-7:45 Workout
PWO- shake WHATS IN THIS?
9:30-Chicken breast, Steamed Broccli, carrots, squash MOVE THESE VEGGIES TO A PRO/FAT MEAL EARLIER IN THE DAY. ADD A COMPLEX CARB HERE.
YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MEALS HERE. WHAT ARE THE TOTALS IN THESE MEALS?
Supplements: IF YOU HAVE A TENDANCY TO BE FAT OR RETAIN BF, ADD SOME R-ALA WITH BIOTIN WITH EACH OF YOUR CARB MEALS.
YOU NEED A SOURCE OF GOOD FATS (EFAs) FLAX, OLIVE OIL, UDOS OIL
GNC mega men vitamin
Glutamine
Is the deer meat ok

Thanks for all the help. I'm gonna try to get this diet straightened out. Learn something new every day. That's what I like about this site. When you say Pro/fat what do you recomend for a fat? Just wondering.
