Cutting friendly flour?
Check these out for your pro/carb meals...
Almond flour/meal
Oatmeal flour/meal
Flax flour/meal
Brown rice/meal
They list the ingredients and claim it’s all natural, they take the product and just mill it into a powder...Can anyone see any problems with having these?

Seems decent enough nutrient wise, but i would be worried about the GI value though especially, if its american grains/wheats etc as they tend to be higher GI and is very finely ground. just something to think of if your into GI content of food bro. catchya
