Diet help
what would you guys add/change?
On rising:
Breakfast:
10 egg whites + 2 whole eggs, .
1 Cup Uncle Toby's Quick Oats with sliced banana and cinnamon.
1 mug strong coffee (heart-starter)
Mid Morning:
MRM Massive Whey shake + 5g Bronx L-Glutamine
200-250g sweet potato
Lunch:
Choice of:
2 Chicken breasts
2 pieces eye fillet steak (lean)
+ steamed veggies + 1/2 cup brown rice
Mid Afternoon:
MRM Massive Whey shake + 5g Bronx L-Glutamine.
200-250g sweet potato
Post-Work-out:
6 x Bronx BCAAs
1 scoop MRM Creactiv
MRM Massive Whey shake
Dinner:
Variation on Lunch
Before Bed:
Midnight/1am:
Designer Whey shake + 5g L-Glutamine
NOTE:
Water consumption: approx 4-5 litres/day.
Diet varies slightly depending on cutting or bulking cycle. Cutting cycle: reduced carbs, reduced meal quantities. Cardio in am
