thanks pete325 i will try the advise and diet.
I have done mistakes in the past and now i am gonna do it right.
I will take xenedrine maybe once or twice a day, to burn up fat.
Lower carb but still keep my cals in the 2000 a day.
i am also 5, 10 and weight 220 pounds right now.
Think that my bf is around 14%
i dont use anabolic steroids right now.
Anyways i dont want a 6 pac only lose the love handles.
