Sup guys. I was just wondering... which bulker would be better for me.. if I want to gain lean mass.. and at least..keep my bf where its at now.
40/20/40 or 40/30/30 ?
Also... I used that one formula from the sticky topic... and it came out that I need 4300 cal/day to bulk up. 435g pro / 94g fat
So now... I need to decide which intake ratio shoul I use..and than.. Knowing that the best time to eat some carbs is... morning , PWO and PPWO meal.. how am I gonna eat 435g of carbs in 3 meals ? In this case I guess Id have to add another high carb meal. What should be the MAX PRo/Carb intake per meal ?
