    Stir Fry Veggies

    Hey guys is stir fry veggies good or not. The way i cooked them was in a pan with little oil, one slice butter and garlic. Then put in the veggies and cooked them is this cool. Also what ways do u guys cook ur brown rice.

    use a no fat cooking spray or something, the butter is TERRIBLE, esp if you are throwin rice int there
