    will this intake amount work

    calries eaten per day

    total 2132
    grams cals
    fat ; 52 461
    Sat; 13 119
    poly; 11 102
    mono; 19 172
    Carbs; 152 586
    protein; 254 1018


    would this be a good start to droping some weight i way in at the 257 mark
    want to get down to 220 225
    any help RAVIN

    you're going to lose a lot of muscle in the process...cutting sticky at the top might give a better macro and total calorie count for you

    How did u come up w/those kcals???

    In addition, for critique you will want to lay out the EXACT meals.
