So they say to keep your flax oil out of the light in order to keep it from turning into radicals, how sensitive is it? Do I have to keep it out of sunlight only, or flourescent light as well? help me out here. :)
thanks in advance

Refrigerate your flax oil. It goes bad very easily. I refrigerate both the capsules and the oil.
yea, no light is best, fridge is great.. you will know if its bad
Is your bottle clear??? Mine are all black or a darck color.. in that case I would think there very little to worry about
no the bottle is black plastic so no light gets in, and I do refrigerate, I was just thinking for when I measure it out and put it in my shakes. I had been turning off all the lights when I made the shake, I guess I'll continue to do so.
Thanks for the replies guys. :)

Hey,
Is there a big difference btw flax oil and flax oil capsules?
PS...if your flax does turn bad...how do you know and what will it do if you take bad flax?
