detour bars

anyone tried those detour protein bars?

it says made with sucralose i take it that is an artifical sweetner??

yea, the best to date IMO.. i dont like em tho

i think they're pretty good, better than any other protein bar i have had!

wow i cant believ anyone wouldnt like em. I think their the best protein bar ive tasted so far.

me too, they have a couple new ones out that r really good! white chocolate peanutbutter and the s'mores r both great!!

They are crap.

If you are bulking or don't care about what you are actually eating, fine. But sugar alcohols, crappy protein, and the fact that they were constantly MISLABELED, make them a very poor choice.

expensive and low quality...ive never had a protein bar, and probably never will. They sure look good though, like a candy bar (which probably isnt the best sign).

What about the Tri-O-Plex bars?

I used to love the Detour Bars when they first came out. Then I found out it was all a big lie. They are great tasting but stick to protein drinks. Most bars have way to much sugar. Like Swolecat said, unless you are bulking and don't care what you eat.

I agree...processed crap with no nutritional value.

i dont know...but that chick on their ads is fackin hot

They contain whole oats as well but to many hidden factors for me.

Anyone else on the Tri-O-Plex bars?

it is thebest tasting protein bar..............imo

not too bad, but only use them when I am i need of protein real bad, stuck in traffic, airports, sh@t like that

the tri-o-plex company came out with some new bar... i think it's rage.... but yeah.. peanut butter is SO good...

detour is great for when you are craving sweets.

SC-- do u know anything about those pre-made shakes u buy at 7-11? one is made by bio-x and the other is weiber.
just wondering if they r anygood or should i stick with makin my own and just bringin them wit me?

I'll have to look at those the next time I am @ 7/11. The only thing I usually get there are sweet tarts and/or coffee! :)

I'd probably stick w/making my own, that way I know what's going into it.
