Second Post
Im starting on a bulking phase, well for me all phases are bulking, im pretty skinny and ive been doing some reading on here and in magazines etc... This is the diet that i have come up with:
1 1/2 Gallons water
B6 200mg/ed
B12(inject) 500 mcg/ed
C
E
Milkthistle
Meal 1
1 cup plain ol' rolled oats
1 omlett: 2 whole eggs,2 egg whites, 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
2 sausage links
1 slice whole wheat bread
Meal 2
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine
1 Banana
Meal 3
1 small salad
1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup lean ground beef w/ spagetti sauce
1 HOUR W/O
Meal 4(immediatly after w/o)
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine
Meal 5
1 cup whole grain rice
1 cup black beans
1 cup lean ground beef
Meal 6
1 small salad
1 cup spinach( i love spinach)
1 whole wheat roll
&
1 chicken breast
1 cup whole grain rice
-or-
1 10 oz steak
1 potato
Meal 7
1 Weight Gainer Shake
5g Glutamine

"i'm pretty skinny" is all you've told us about yourself. Be more detailed with your stats and goals.
Oh and weight gainers suck. They are a waste of money and nothing but sugar.

Doh...stupid noob! Sorry i got all wrapped up in focusing on my food that i forgot to post the basics, im 6 ft, 170 pounds right now, going to do 12 wks test e 500mg, want to hit around 190 by end of cycle and i will also be taking a Super Omega Complex softgel of Fish/Flax/Borage oil w/ CLA(Omega 3,6,9 Fatty Acids). I have read on here of weightgainers being crap, perhaps a dextrose-maltodextrin-whey-casein mix would be better? I just figured i would get all of that in a good weightgainer but if common consensus is that they are junk i will search around for ingredients to make my own. Again thanks for response.

Eat either pro/fat or pro/carb (probably more pro/carb meals if you're ectomorph) each meal. Make sure PWO has 2:1 ratio of simple sugarrotein. The rest of you pro/carb meals, eat complex carbs (oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, wheat bread if you must)
Also, if you're skinny, don't hit the AAS yet, make sure you get a good base before you cross to the dark side....

dont know how that smiley got in that last post, should say 2:1 ratio of simple sugar (dex or malto) to protein
