Just how sensitive is flax oil to light?
So they say to keep your flax oil out of the light in order to keep it from turning into radicals, how sensitive is it? Do I have to keep it out of sunlight only, or flourescent light as well? help me out here.
thanks in advance
peace

Refrigerate your flax oil. It goes bad very easily. I refrigerate both the capsules and the oil.

no the bottle is black plastic so no light gets in, and I do refrigerate, I was just thinking for when I measure it out and put it in my shakes. I had been turning off all the lights when I made the shake, I guess I'll continue to do so.
Thanks for the replies guys.

I seriously doubt that much will happen from the bottle to the shake.. You really dont need to turn the lights off bro.
