add up your protein/carbs/fats from each meal and also the calories

    1g fat = 9 kcal
    1g pro = 4 kcal
    1g carb=4 kcal

    works out like this approximately

    400g pro
    500g carbs
    85 grams fat
    cal 4365

    is that enough?
    im 185lbs
lift 4 days a week. relatively active (soldier).
i know the protien is heaps high. is 500g carbs enough? i was thinking more like 600-700 would be right?

    Yes...

DCB - Would you suggest the use of natty PB in the AM? What are your thoughts on the low-fat milk?

Also, is your meal 9 right before bed?

    oh cheers...
    thats 30g whey and 60 g dextrose.
    **** thats gonna be sweet.
low fat milk should be ok i guess. i take flax seed oil and MCT for fatty acids. plus the peanut butter is dam fatty. and i throw on some cheese on the turkey sandwich. so i get enough fat id say. and holy **** saturday i gain 2 lbs as it is
also with the cereal its usualy full cream cause its at work.
